Despite the boasts of the Scottish Nationalist Party the Scottish working class are far from living in ease and affluence going by the the latest statistics. 'The Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF) estimates that the total income of 22.8 per cent of Scottish homes lie below the Minimum Income Standard(MIS), up from 17.8 per cent in 2008.'
