Who does the government work for? In April, Oklahoma experienced a very rare earthquake of 5.7 magnitude. State officials told a homeowner sustaining significant damage that the state's largest ever quake was 'an act of nature and nobody's fault.' Scientists disagree. They say those quakes and thousands before and since, are caused by wells used to bury vast amounts of waste water from oil and gas exploration deep in the earth near fault zones.
