London may have some of the most expensive housing imaginable but that doesn't stop scores of people sheltering in doorways every night.'But as temperatures dropped below zero over the past week, conditions on the street became life-threating for the UK's homeless population, and emergency measures, known as homeless people sheltering Severe Weather Emergency Potocol (SWEP), were triggered across London.
